The vision of the First Baptist Church of Hartwell is to be a light in the Hartwell community and the city of Cincinnati by reaching out to the unsaved and compelling them to come to Christ through the preaching and teaching of the gospel, and by being living witnesses of His divine grace.

Our mission is to do the will of Him who sent us and to finish His work by:
• Training Believers.
• Nurturing disciples to spiritual maturity through prayer, preaching, teaching and fellowship, praise and worship.
• To minister to the spiritual, physical, emotional and social needs of all people.
• To show the love of Christ by meeting the needs of his people in our church, our community, and in the world, through the leadership of the Holy Spirit.
• Equipping the saints to demonstrate God's Kingdom in the earth, through every area of life.
• Building strong men and women with Godly Character.
• Restoring individuals of all races to wholeness in Christ.
• Equipping saints to build the Church in order to disciple the nations.
